♡ Family! ♡

As you all know, this has been a long time in the making, over five years to be exact. We are so thankful and glad that all of you have agreed to come along and share this special time with us!

Please note: We will continue to add to the site and calendar as we get closer as some parts of the trip evolve, so please check this site for changes.

Communication

We will have everyone on WhatsApp, so if you do not already have an account, please download the app and create one. This is the best way to communicate internationally for free so we will be using this to keep everyone organized and together.

Zelle/Venmo

Much of the expense of the trip we be covered by us as your host :) But in certain meals throughout the day, we will simply keep the checks on one credit card and then transfer monies to one another through Zelle or Venmo. The restaurants usually DO NOT like splitting up checks. Please make sure to have one of these apps available (they are both secure and free to use).

Our special requests….

We have planned many scheduled events and times together mostly during our time in Lake Como. However, there are plenty of opportunities for free time to explore on your own.

We only request that everyone plan to be a part of all organized events.

Most everything has been planned out and paid for in advance, and we guarantee a wonderful time together and a very memorable experience!

While on the cruise

We are only requesting that each evening we plan to all be together for dinner. We, April and Jonny, will be changing up our seating arrangements each evening to make sure to spend ample time with everyone at dinner!

Finally…

This is an extremely special moment for both of us. Possibly never in our lives again will we have 30+ family members together on a two-week trip to Europe. With that said, we only ask for peace for the entirety of the time. We know that everyone invited already gets along wonderfully, but there can be a lot of opportunities for contention on such a long vacation. Please, do not let this distract from our time together! We love each and every one of you and look forward to spending an unforgettable time together this summer! ♡
